How do I fix Wi-Fi issues on my iPad or iPhone?

It can be frustrating when your iPhone or iPad won’t connect to Wifi properly, as so many functions require an internet connection. Here are some steps you can take to get your iOS device connected again.

iPad & iPhone Wi-Fi troubleshooting

  1. Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and make sure that Wi-Fi is on. Tap the name of your Wi-Fi network to join. A blue checkmark beside a network name means that you're connected.
    1. If Wi-Fi is greyed out or dim on your iPad, please let us know!
  2. Turn Wi-Fi off and on again by going to Settings > Wi-Fi, and toggle Wi-Fi switch off, and back on again.
  3. Restart your iOS device.
  4. If you’re still unable to connect, send us a message.
